Ann concentrates her practice on personal injury law, representing people who have been the victims of other’s negligence. She brings her 30 years of legal experience and a passion for helping people to each case. Ann works closely with her clients, keeping them informed and being readily available every step of the way. She cares about each client and will fight to help them recover the damages they deserve for the harm done to them.

In 1988, Ann began her career as a criminal defense attorney, working hard for her clients tangled up in the criminal justice system. She defended her clients in jury trials and argued constitutional issues in the Court of Appeals. After more than a decade of litigating criminal cases, she went to work for an insurance company, defending the insured in personal injury lawsuits. She continued this work at private law firms, honing her knowledge and skills in the field of personal injury law for another decade. She developed an insider’s view of the insurance defense practice.

Ann wanted to use her knowledge of the insurance industry practices and her litigation skills to help people who have been injured. With this goal, Ann started her own practice as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney. Since 2011, she has represented individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, biking and skiing accidents, assaults, medical malpractice, wrongful death and civil rights violations due to police misconduct.

Ann is a highly skilled lawyer who has tried more than 100 cases and negotiated and settled many more. She will expertly guide you through the legal system.
